We grow real, flavorful food. Here at 8,000 ft, we have a short and intense growing season that guides what we grow in specific ways. We are always experimenting with hoop houses and row covers to try and extend the season and he range of things that will grow well here. However weather is queen and very much in charge.

We have some steadfast vegetable favorites that love growing at the farm like kale, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, beets and broccoli but variety is the spice of life! We are always trying new things – Squash blossoms and purslane have been the newest successful additions to our regular repertoire.

Customers are understanding more and more how important local produce is for the world’s health, as well as their own. We would love to help you provide fresh delicious local food to your customers.  We currently deliver to Buena Vista, Salida and Vail.
